Project Management

When doing project management for you T.E.S.S. totally organizes and manages its staff as well as needed material in such a way that the TETRA project is completed within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. This includes the whole planning process - contracting, timing, purchasing, risk analyses - as well as keeping track of the TETRA project status to make sure we meet your requirements at any time.

Project Engineering

Operating & Maintenance

TETRA network operation and maintenance is one of T.E.S.S.' core services offered to our customers. On a daily basis the TETRA network will be monitored for alarms and faults by a T.E.S.S. operation and maintenance team. Whenever the TETRA system indicates any faults T.E.S.S.' team will analyze it, identify the cause and eliminate it by systematic trouble shooting stages. Any fault and the overall performance of the TETRA network will be recorded by means of structured reports.

Training & Coaching

To get to know your system you might want to train your technical staff. According to your needs and to secure the operation of your brand new TETRA system T.E.S.S. will set up a training plan and define the training objectives. Qualified and experienced trainers will find the appropriate methods to familiarize your with your TETRA network and to make you understand what is necessary.
